1. ⏱️ 30-Day Right of Withdrawal

We offer a generous 30-day window for the Right of Withdrawal (cooling-off period) on all products, from professional cinema lenses to specialized telescopes.

• Policy Duration: The return period begins on the day of delivery of your order.

• Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to inform us of your decision to return the product.

2. 📦 Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must meet strict condition requirements due to the sensitive nature of optical and electronic equipment:

• Original Condition: The item and all accessories must be returned in original, unused condition.

• Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original manufacturer box and packaging with all protective materials, serial number stickers, manuals, and accessories included.

• No Field Use: Equipment must show no signs of field use. For drones, this means no flight data logged; for cameras/optics, no mounting marks or sensor exposure; for metal detectors/microscopes, no signs of outdoor or laboratory wear.

• Note: If the returned item shows signs of use, software activation, or damage that renders it unsaleable as “New,” we reserve the right to decline the refund.

3. 💲 Return Shipping & Fees

We believe the returns process should be hassle-free for our clients.

• Return Shipping Cost: We cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for a secure collection of the equipment.

• Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees for returns that meet the condition requirements outlined above.

4. 🔀 Procedure for Returns and Exchanges

Initiating a Return

1. Contact Us: Notify us of your intent to return by emailing sales@techscenestudio.com .

2. RMA: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and your prepaid shipping label. Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.

Exchanges To ensure you get your new gear as fast as possible, we do not offer direct swap-outs.

1. Return the original item for a full refund.

2. Place a new, separate order on the site for the desired model or accessory.

Refund Timeline Once our technical team inspects the returned unit (to confirm optics, sensors, and mechanical parts are in original condition):

• The refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

5. 💔 Defective or Damaged (DOA) Products

If your gear arrives damaged or appears defective upon arrival (Dead on Arrival):

• Immediate Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Insured Shipping: All shipments are fully insured. We will arrange for the immediate return of the damaged unit at no cost to you.

• Resolution: Upon confirmation of the defect, a replacement unit will be shipped to you immediately via priority mail.
